My main goal in working with my real estate clients is finding out what their “big why” is. In other words, why are they selling/buying. I really drill down to find out what are the most important details in this “adventure” they are about to partake in.
I think that if you really know what is driving someones decision to buy or sell, you can provide them with much better service than maybe you could otherwise.
Communicating with my clients is just one of my strengths that I bring to the table. That is really the basis to any successful transaction. Until you know the “why”, I don’t think that you can successfully execute a smooth transaction!
It’s incredibly fulfilling to know I am helping my clients open a new chapter of their lives. That’s why I work so hard to not only find that perfect home or sell their current home, but also to handle every last detail of the process, from negotiating the terms of the sale to recommending moving companies.
